Dexcom Share2 App Reviews

After the update, the app has connectivity issues and doesnt perform as well as the previous version. I did notice that there is no longer an option for background refresh for the app for whatever reason. Maybe thats the issue.

Just got my dexcom share device and the app wont open on my watch. Seems to work on my phone okay thus far. Please fix this!! I want to see my stuff on my watch!

Works as described and uses very little data. Getting the G5 soon and I hope it works just as well! Gives my wife reassurance that my levels are ok and sends her alerts if I need help and/or snacks.

Seriously the worst app Ive ever used! Completely useless!

This app is amazing and helpful all the time. If you have a Dexcom I highly recommend buying this app. But I think it could use a "need to calibrate" notification for the followers so my parents can see when I need to be calibrated as I often forget or ignore it. Please add this.

The app is nice when it works. Every time I install apples frequent updates, this app is no longer supported and is useless. It takes a while for Dexcom to update their app.

With watch os 2.0 and the ability for third parties to be able to tie into the watch face I would think you guys would do that. So I didnt have to go to glances to see it. Blood sugar being immediately available once I look at the clock face would be the best thing that happened in life. Can you work on that please?

Since the Dexcom G5 came out I have had nothing but issues with setting, pairing, lost signal, updates and Follow. I would hope Dexcom will get their act together and get input from actual users on the app design and how it can be more user friendly. One of the biggest issues is trying to get help from the technical support department. It is very frustrating to be on hold for hours when you need help. When you actually get connected to a person, in my experience they have no clue what your asking and how to help. Make the app more user friendly, show glucose level on the app without having to open, re-right instructions so they are up to date with phones and their product and hire an train their technical staff (especially the weekend staff)!

All Ivan say is fail. Look into 3rd party apps.

I bought an Apple Watch specifically to use this app. I love having my blood sugar graph on my wrist where I can check it easily. I really wish the app could show my blood sugar as a complication on the watch face. That would make it perfect.
